Resort style backyard on over one acre in the quite community of Fallbrook, California. Enjoy the peaceful afternoons with plenty of sunshine and warm breezes. The residence features 4 bedrooms, each with private en suite bathrooms, each with a shower/bathtub. There is a guest bathroom with double sinks near the living room. There is also a spacious outdoor bathroom near the pool.
Bedroom 1, the Master Suite, has a king size bed with a private bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub, his/hers sinks and a shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds and also have their own private bathrooms with shower/tub. Bedroom 4 has a full size bed with a private bathroom and a shower/tub. A Graco Pack and Play is available if needed and a full size high chair for the young ones. Each of the three smaller bedrooms have flat screen televisions with cable access. Fresh linens and towels, shampoo and soap are provided. Each bathroom has a magnifying mirror. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.
The main living room has a 65" HD television and a DVD player. Plenty of seating with comfortable recliners and a sofa. It includes a gas/wood burning fireplace. The adjacent dining room has a large round table with seating for six or more. Perfect for a poker game.
The kitchen features all new LG appliances, including a French door stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave and 5 burner stove and oven. There is a solid maple antique butcher block for food prep only (cutting boards are provided for chopping vegetables and other items). The counter tops are granite and feature seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen looks into an adjoining TV sitting area with a 65" TV.
The sofa in the living room converts to a full size sleeper.
There is a large deck off the dining area that overlooks the valley and mountains to the south and west. The pool deck area has many seating options for over 20 people. The pool includes a jacuzzi and beach entry with seating and kid friendly shallow area. There is a covered bar area with seating for 8. The bar area includes a full size French door refrigerator with an adjacent storage cabinet with ample room for your entertaining supplies. There is a 55" TV with cable access for viewing entertainment inside the bar area. The barbeque area has a large propane grill. Next to the grill is a counter area with a faucet and sink for easy cleanup.
Next to the pool bathroom is an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after enjoying the pool. There is a large bocce ball court that is well lit at night. Also close by is a dart board with a scoring board. Other items included are a Jumbo Jenga, cornhole game, ring toss game and many pool floats and toys.
The pool is heated by solar panels which will keep the pool temperature at 85 degrees during the summer months. Heating the pool during the winter months (October through April) requires a large quantity of propane thus there is an additional cost of $150.00 per day. If the pool being heated is a necessary part of your visit during that time please contact the owner prior to booking. The heating fee is paid directly to me upon arrival.
There is wireless access and satellite television throughout the property.
Parking in the front driveway will accommodate 6 to 8 vehicles. There is additional parking along the private road leading to the back of the property. At the back of the property there is parking for an RV or horse trailers if needed.
The property is 5 minutes from downtown Fallbrook. The ocean is less than a 30 minute drive. The San Luis Rey horse training facility is 4 miles from the property. Close to Fallbrook and Temecula Wedding venues: Los Willows; Temecula Creek Inn; Grand Tradition; Twin Oaks Golf Weddings; Bella Terra Weddings; Wedgewood Weddings and many more.
San Diego Zoo & Wildlife Par; Del Mar Race Track; Pechanga Casino; Pala Casino; Pala Mesa Golf Course; Temecula Creek Golf Course; Vista Valley Golf Course; and shopping destinations are all within driving distance.
There are several wineries in Fallbrook and many more just a short drive to the Temecula Valley.
This is a vacation home, and as such we would like you to make yourself at home and enjoy your stay, we just ask that you RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS and keep noise to an appropriate level at all times. Absolutely No Boom Boxes or DJ equipment is allowed. Noise around the pool area must cease at 10:00 pm. All activities can continue inside the residence.
