The Sunset Suite is a great launchpad for your Okanagan vacation! Nestled on the hillside between 2 lakes, this clean & cozy basement suite has access to a spacious backyard offering scenic canyon views. Sip coffee/enjoy yoga from the view deck whilst overlooking the vista, or toast sunset from the hot tub. 10 min drive to downtown/Okanagan beach/Skaha beach or the start of Naramata Bench wineries. The space
Welcome to the guest basement suite with its own separate entrance that has been artfully painted by the homeowner's daughter. With 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds and a modular couch that pulls out to a double bed, you can sleep up to 6 people (note: double sofa bed is more suitable for children or those who don’t mind the comfort level of a sofa bed). The 4-piece bathroom and bedrooms are located down the hall from the combined kitchen/living area. There is also the added convenience of a stackable washer/dryer located in the hallway closet. Please note there are outdoor stairs leading to the basement suite and obstructed views from the windows, due to the lower level of the suite. *Ask us about secure bike storage.*
Guest access
Guests will follow the gravel pathway down the left side of the house to the basement suite. Don't forget to check out the view on your way! Guests can enjoy shared access to the huge backyard with hot tub, fire pit, patio deck, bbq grill and view deck. The homeowners live in the house above the basement suite and also share the backyard, but will respect privacy when in guest use. The suite has keyless entry for guest convenience and free street parking.
