Sunset Ridge may accommodate as many as 14 guests in complete comfort. It boasts six bedrooms and 8.5 baths across three amazing levels and nearly 12,000 square feet of absolutely delightful living space.
The LIVING ROOM boasts immense picture windows that frame stunning mountain views, and guests may relax on the comfy furnishings that surround the fireplace and the flat-screen television with surround sound. A wet bar and a game table for two round out this lovely space. Nearby is the KITCHEN with its custom cabinets, high-end stainless steel appliances that include a double oven, a six-burner range, and a Cuisinart drip coffeemaker. Just off the kitchen is a wrap-around deck where you may lounge in the hot tub while enjoying views of Mount Wilson or make good use of the barbecue grill. Meals may be enjoyed at the formal dining table, the breakfast bar, out on the deck or over by the pond in the covered outdoor living area.
On the second level of the home is the KING PRIMARY SUITE with a plush bed perfectly placed in front of a fireplace and a flat-screen television. There's also a nice seating area and doors that lead out onto the deck with comfortable seating for two and grand views. The primary bath offers a jetted soaking tub, a separate steam shower, a dual vanity, and more wonderful views. One level up is a QUEEN SUITE with a comfy bed, a seating area, excellent views and a private bath with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a glass shower. This level also offers extra sleeping space on a queen sleeper sofa in the flex room.
Down on the first level of the home are three more KING SUITES. Each has a big comfy bed, a seating area, and a private bath, and these bedrooms are conveniently located near the theater room with ample seating in front of a big movie screen with a projector for all of your favorite movie showings as well as the game room with seating, a large flat-screen television, a dartboard, a ping-pong table, and a full-size pool table.
The fully equipped APARTMENT sits rights above the garage. It features a small living room with seating in front of a flat-screen television, a huge picture window with mountain views and a full kitchen. There's also a BUNK ROOM with four queen-size bunk beds, and the bath offers a tub/shower combo. Guests of the apartment may easily access the main home's deck system as well.
Guests of Sunset Ridge may enjoy all of the peace and quiet that is offered by this home's natural surroundings, but it's just a short drive into the town of Telluride where you may explore all of the dining and shopping options and great activities all year around. You can also catch a ride on the gondola in town, and head on over to the Mountain Village side for all it has to offer.
