This charming 1940’s cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spectacular sunset views, a convenient location, and covered dock complete with a semi-private sound side beach. A lovingly maintained family home with everything you need to enjoy the sun and sand. Wake up each morning with expansive views of the crystal-clear waters of the iconic Banks Channel that is teeming with birds and sea life. Don’t miss the incredible views and sunsets!
As you enter the cottage you are welcomed by a sunroom that showcases fabulous views of Banks Channel. Snuggle up on the couch and spend hours reading in this beautiful sun-filled room, grab a pair of binoculars and watch the birds, boaters and sea life, or catch a dazzling sunset. A nearby living room offers additional space for families to reconnect and relax in the evenings while catching up on shows. The televisions offer cable and Roku services for your viewing pleasure.
To the right of the living room, you will find the first full bathroom and two guest bedrooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin beds and is a generously sized room. Perfect for children or singles, this room makes wonderful accommodation for travelers of all ages. Across the hallway is a guest bedroom that is furnished with a plush king bed. The king guest room also features a Roku enabled television.
The kitchen is located on the other side of the living room and is well equipped for preparing meals. Stocked with everything you need to make your family favorite meals, the kitchen offers an attached bonus mud room that is shared with the lower unit and includes a full-size washer and dryer. A set of French doors past the dining nook guide you to the primary bedroom. Furnished with a queen bed, this suite includes a private bathroom.

Although the boat slips are not included with the rental, families will still enjoy relaxing in the shade, taking a dip in the cool waters, or heading up to the sun deck to soak up the rays. Positioned just a half-block away from the Atlantic Ocean on one side and overlooking Banks Channel on the other, guests will find everything they need within walking distance.
