#306 at Compass Point is a spacious l bedroom/ 1 bath unit (728 sq. ft.) with a large balcony. Both the living room and bedroom (2 queen beds) have a view of the lagoon and the outdoor pool. The kitchen is brand new with new cabinets and granite countertops. It is well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Pots and pans are provided for cooking meals in, and there are plenty of cups, plates, and utensils for a family of four. The dining table seats 4 and the bar has two stools. The living room and bedroom both have flat screen T.V.'s with a DVD in the living room. The bathroom has a sink, a shower/tub combo, and toilet. Towels and linens are provided. There is a large outdoor pool which is located beside the lagoon. You can sunbathe or watch the kids in the pool while watching the boats or just watching the sea gulls dart in and out of the water. This is a very comfortable unit for a family of 2 to 4. Must be 25+ yrs. old to rent. Non-smoking only, please.( Note: The indoor pool is closed until renovations are completed. Construction is also taking place in and around the complex to make improvements. This can include Jackhammers, window and door replacement, and also painting of the complex.).
