Summary: The location of the property really is perfect, very close to beach access and the surf club. The house was also perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids under 3, once a baby gate had been installed on the deck at the top of the steep flight of steps down to the pool. Management were very quick to respond to a request for this and to other communications. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by construction next door on both sides of the property, with building noise from both and landscapers on a new deck overlooking the rear of the property on one side meaning no privacy, at least during work hours
