Centrally located in the hill country ~½ mile from Canyon Lake; the clearest lake in Texas, and 3 miles from the Horseshoe tubing drop in on the Guadalupe River.
Each unit comes with a full kitchen -- stackable washer/dryer, microwave, electric stove/range and full-size refrigerator.
Lovely granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 1 King bedroom suite with attached bathroom, 1 queen bedroom with a 2nd bath close by. Sleeps up to 6 with your air mattress on your 2 night minimum stay.
All the basic amenities are included: coffee pot, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, hair dryer, etc.
Some basic consumable items have been provided for your use such as toilet paper and paper towels. Should you need to purchase more for your stay, there are several stores close by.
A wall mounted 65” smartTV is available in the living room with each bedroom having a 43” smartTV. High speed internet for gaming and cozy movie streaming using your own streaming services.
The property is located in hill country terrain. If guests wish to explore the creek beds, rock formations, and steep hills found on the 5 acre property, please take great caution and wear appropriate shoes for the terrain. Rolling rocks, large tree branches, and crevices make for a great nature setting but also can present some dangerous footing. Additionally, it is the hill country so wildlife abounds! You might see deer, fox, and raccoons to name a few. Be cautious of the creepy crawly ones like fire ants and potential snake encounters.
Dogs and cats are allowed for an additional daily fee and a $200 pet deposit collected at the time of the booking. Pets must remain on a leash at ALL times when outdoors. NO PETS ON FURNITURE (couches, beds, etc.). All pets must be disclosed, approved and the non-refundable pet fee paid prior to arrival.
