The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one ensuite) are located on the second floor. The master bedroom features ocean views and a private balcony with a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-bed and a TV, and the third bedroom offers a double bed. There is also a laundry room on this floor. Head upstairs to the third floor for an expansive, stunning view of the Atlantic. This floor is perfect for entertaining with an open concept, fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room with a 65 inch TV. On the fourth floor, more stunning views of the waves crashing against the cliffs! This room has been used as an office so there is a desk, and a pull-out couch with a memory foam queen size mattress. The first floor offers a bonus room with a daybed which sleeps 1 and a TV. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor. 2-3 miles to Perkins Cove, Ogunquit Beach, Cape Neddick Beach, Long Sands, Short Sands, York Harbor. Cape Neddick Country Club is less than a 5-minute drive and walkable.
