5 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Entertainment and Kitchen
Want to feel like you are living a Hallmark movie. Come and stay in my home. I will treat you like royalty. This Alpine home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an office on the main floor and a great room with the most beautiful views you will find at this price point. The great room attaches to to a 350 square foot deck that overlooks the valley and a private neighborhood park with access from the fully-fenced backyard. The deck includes patio furniture, umbrellas, picnic table, fire pit, grill, and patio heater. There are stairs leading down to the backyard.
The large kitchen is set-up with bar stools, a double oven, and a large pantry, with a dishwasher and a gas stove-top and microwave. The kitchen attaches to a semi-formal dining room and a family room with large picture windows to enjoy the view, and a fireplace with a TV mounted above the mantle and built-in shelves stocked with books and board games for your use.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. Just bring the food. The pantry has an air-fryer, distilled water dispenser, blender, and more.
Alpine is one of the best cities in Utah. You will feel like you are in a small-town mountain retreat, yet still be centrally located to all the major cities, airports, ski resorts. Also, the home is located just 5 minutes away from world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, and 10 minutes from the mouth of American Fork Canyon. Several beautiful parks within 5 minutes that include walking trails, basketball, pickleball, tennis, playgrounds, splash pads, etc.
Located 40 minutes from ski resorts like Solitude, Brighton, Snow bird, etc. About 35 minutes to Sundance in Provo and the Provo Airport. About 40 minutes to the Salt Lake City airport and 35 minutes to downtown Salt Lake.
The house can sleep 9 comfortably with 2 queen beds, 2 double (full) beds, a twin bed, and a futon in the office and a futon in the living room, both on the main floor. Extra sheets provided. There is a TV in the master and 2 other bedrooms. Laundry chute on the top floor that drops clothes into a closet in the garage right next to the laundry room. Laundry area is next to the garage door and is equipped with a front-load washer/dryer, folding counter, clothes hanging rod, laundry soap, iron, ironing board, etc.
There is parking available for 4 cars. Two in the attached/covered 2-car garage and two in the driveway. The RV parking area is designated for the owner. I am the owner and I live in the basement apartment downstairs. Your area is totally secure and private. I'm very quiet and you won't even know I'm there. Unless you need me then I'm available to solve any concern or problem you may have with the house. I'm easy to get a long with.
