This beautiful property is located on the upper level of La Casa Resort just steps away from hot tub, pool and, back country ATV/walking trails. Enjoy stunning lakeviews from one of the two covered decks. Upper level deck is equipped with wind screens and roll down shutters as well as, a propane heater, allowing for enjoyment during all seasons.
This fully furnished 3 bedroom cottage has a master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom on the upper level. The lower level features two full bedrooms one with queen bed and other with a pull out queen (which will be converted to a full over full bunk bed in the spring) both with walk outs to deck. The lower level also features a second full bathroom. This beautifully furnished cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, A/C, washer, dryer, fireplace, dishwasher, 3 TV, DVD player, and internet .
Located about 30 minutes from Vernon or Kelowna down the scenic, winding, historic Westside Road. This drive along Westside Road offers some of the most gorgeous lake views and quite often wildlife sightings. The 24hr gated resort offers amenities such as swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, picnic areas, mini-golf, volleyball, restaurant, convenience store, liquor store, and security staff.
