Introducing Beachy Keen AR8, a hidden gem in the exclusive beachside community of Admiral's Row. This gated retreat offers easy beach access via a private boardwalk and features a community pool. Perfect for large groups, it comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with three bedrooms & two bathrooms upstairs, plus a bonus room with extra sleeping arrangements & a bathroom downstairs. Note, the ground floor suite is not internally connected to the main house.
The open kitchen, living, & dining area provide an ideal space for gatherings. The main bedroom suite includes a plush king-size bed, stunning water views, & a private balcony. The two guest bedrooms each feature a queen bed & full-over-full bunks, ensuring ample space for everyone.
Enjoy the back deck with its refreshing gulf breeze, wave sounds, & stargazing opportunities. A ping pong table in the downstairs bonus room offers added fun. Note, no pets allowed.

Summary: Some features were very nice. House has been remodeled with some nice upgrades , clean tile, countertops. Lots of linens. Nice balcony.Should have had more soap, shampoos, etc especially when knowing guests staying for few nights. Microwave/stove exhaust and light didn’t work. Kitchen pantry had a mess of stuff and was unsightly. Water pressure upstairs was poor at times. The downstairs room though attempted to be nice, was accessible thru unfinished, garages. Not so nice. We were planning to use it for elders who couldn’t go upstairs but was not conducive at all. Door to outside was unlocked and broken, and had to request for a repair, which was done promptly to their credit. Pictures showed Boardwalk with stairs. Fortunately it didn’t have that so it was easier to navigate with beach wagon. But property lacks ability to use a golf cart which is a minus. Overall was a good experience !
