The Space:
After a fun-filled day of adventures out on the slopes, unwind at this lovely 5 bedroom townhome that your family or friends are sure to love.
With your very own elevator inside the townhome, you won't have any problems carrying your gear throughout the home. From the garage, head up straight to the second floor, where you can relax and stretch out on the luxurious leather sofa seating.
Guests will love the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, showering the room with natural light throughout the home. Cozy up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor fireplace, as you watch the snowfall through the glass windows. Stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV, while snuggling up in soft blankets. The private outdoor patio offers the best view in the home, with the stunning scenery of the Breckenridge ski resort and surrounding snow-capped trees in the area.

There are three bedrooms on the top level of the home, two of which share a full bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a lovely king-size bed, and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom, next door, has two twin-size beds each with its own twin trundle, and ample closet space.
The fourth bedroom, on this floor, features a huge king-size bed, and access to a private deck where you can step out, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and gaze at the gorgeous glow of the sun as it sets behind the mountains. There is an en suite bathroom in this room, with single vanity, and a modern walk-in shower.
The fifth bedroom, on the first level of the home, features two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available on the second floor of the house, as well as a half bath for additional guests. Please note that the elevator on the first floor is located inside the bedroom on this floor. The elevator can be accessed from the hallway on the second, and third floors of the home.

You will have multiple parking access downtown, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.
