We are located in the White Marlin Beach subdivision, with a private community beach on the bayside and a lovely white sandy beach. This property is the sport fishing capital of the world. White Marlin Beach is our private community beach, just six blocks from the house on the bayside. It is a pure white sand beach, rare in the Florida Keys. Anne's Beach is just a few blocks south of us on the ocean side, where you usually find a lot of windsurfers. All our guests will enjoy free WiFi access.
This house has three bedrooms and two baths, is a private home totally renovated and remodeled, has new furniture throughout, a new 70-foot dock, is minutes from the bay, and has easy access to the ocean from Channel Two Bridge. Private sandy beach access also features a washer, dryer, gas BBQ, hammocks, an outdoor walled-in shower, cable, a 65-inch" movie style" TV with the sound system in the living room, bamboo wood and tile floors, french windows, central air conditioning, and a kayak.
