The textiles and mattresses are regularly 360 degree professionally steam vapor cleaned to ensure a exceptional clean safe stay. Steps to hiking/biking trails, and a bus route at the end of the street getting outside and exploring is easy! (No backyard/garage access available. Owners onsite. No parties+smoking)
You will love the open clean feel of this newly renovated home. It has a large deck and outdoor seating. The front yard is fenced and there are walking/hiking/biking trails just down the street! The bus stop is just at the end of the street and it is a short ride to TRU university or RIH hospital. Owners live onsite downstairs and I live right down the street and am here to help you with anything you need!:) THIS HOME IS REGULARLY 365DEGREE PROFESSIONALLY STEAM VAPOR CLEANED FOR GUEST SAFETY!
The entire separate upper floor is yours and the fenced front yard and patio! The basement suite and backyard are not available and occupied. Please do not disturb:)

This is a awesome place to live in Kamloops! It is a super short drive to shopping, TRU, RIH, costco, parks and the highway or recreational trails. It's a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors so we hope you will enjoy our beautiful community.
I like to walk but there is a bus stop at the end of the street and route 9 will take you past shopping, university, hospital, downtown and lots of other great places!
Getting around by car from here is so quick and easy too!
