This building is categorized as an artistic heritage of old town Madrid.
The focal point of the property ( 4th floor of the building with elevator) is its impressive 52 sqm open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area that runs the length of the apartment, with four classic Spanish balconies looking out onto the street below.
The space is extremely light and bright all day, emphasized by the stunning contemporary furnishings used throughout, and the unique layout makes it perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the wall to wall tailor made sofa. There is also a sofa which is a cosy place to read comfortably during the day or be used as day single ( 80 cm) bed, which transforms at night into two single beds ( 0.8x2 m each) or one queen size (1.60x2m).Both bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space and receive plenty of sunlight all day through traditional windows facing one interior patio, and therefore extremely quiet day and night.
