Featuring twelve bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms, and a vast catalog of amenities, there’s something for everyone at this modern coastal retreat.
The great room on the third floor of the main home is spacious, with many windows to allow the gorgeous ocean view to fill the space. The living area is comfortably furnished and invites you to kick back and relax with loved ones. An electric fireplace is available for use during the cooler times of the year. The kitchen is a cook’s dream and is equipped to accommodate large groups. There are two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. Getting groceries from the ground floor to the kitchen on the top level is made easier by using the elevator. Big family meals can be enjoyed together in the large dining area. Just outside on the sun deck, enjoy your morning coffee with a sunrise over the ocean. An additional covered deck is available as well. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the main home.
On the middle level of the main home, you’ll find six master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Four of the master bedrooms offer access to the deck. Laundry facilities as well as a sitting area with a wet bar and refrigerator are also included on the second floor. The final master bedroom in the main home is on the ground floor. Screen the latest movies in the theater room. The rec room nearby is equipped with a pool table and pinball machine for endless evenings of fun. There is a wet bar with a refrigerator in the rec room, so snacks and cold drinks can be readily available. A half bathroom completes the lowest level of the main home.
The guest house is connected to the main home via outdoor walkways. On the third floor of the guest house, there are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access. Two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, can also be found on the second floor of the guest house. There is a sitting area with a wet bar and beverage refrigerator on both the second and third floors of the guest house.
