5 Bedroom House with Internet, Kitchen and Balcony

"Villa Char Stone Harbor" is 5th house from the finest beach in Stone Harbor, this lovely 5 bedroom, 3 full baths and one powder room is a short stroll to downtown. We purchased this home ("Villa Char Stone Harbor") in July 2016 and added a fabulous heated pool in May 2017. First floor of our home features 3 large bedrooms. The front bedroom (king bed with twin daybed) is the largest and leads to a covered deck. The second bedroom on 1st floor is also a King bed and the third bedroom on 1st floor is 1 Queen bed. Also, on the first floor there is a full laundry room, a full bathroom and a powder room. Second floor features a living room with cathedral ceilings, dining area with french doors to a large outside deck with great ocean views.
Modern kitchen with granite counters and a center island. The master suite on 2nd floor features a walk in closet and full bath with a whirlpool tub and walk in shower and door to an outside deck. Second bedroom on 2nd floor has 1 double bed (pottery barn boat bed) and a set of bunk beds (1 double bed on lower bunk and 1 twin on upper bunk) to accommodate the kids, plus an additional full bathroom in the hall. For your enjoyment, there is a regulation shuffleboard court on the side of the building and a foosball table in the sunroom.
We have two other vacation rental homes in the area and they are also listed here on VRBO#514353 Jerseyshorevillas Villa Lil and VRBO#1304588 Jerseyshorevillas Villa Raine.
We do weekly rentals going Saturday to Saturday between mid May and through the month of September.

Summary: Having vacationed within two blocks of this property in Stone Harbor with family for decades, it was a joy to find this amazing home to spend four days in September with my mother, a friend and her daughter. We felt so spoiled! We enjoyed the pool and caught the game on the TV in the cabana, took the short walk to the beach with the owner-provided cart and beach umbrella, enjoyed the more than ample space that accommodates a much larger crowd. The front deck is huge and comfortable. It’s evident the owners care for and take pride in their home. The kitchen is beautiful & loaded with all the tools you need if you choose to cook or dine in. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room is comfortable and there are enough TVs to please everyone. There is a lovely outdoor shower. The owner has left detailed tips, labels and guides should there be any doubt how things work or what to do…and he’s just a call, text or email away. The linen service was amazing (thanks Tom!)…no need to pack sheets or towels! I’m sure I’m forgetting something else nice I should be mentioning. I just know this place felt like home and I would very much like to return again in a heartbeat!
