The inside of the house is 1800 sqft between 2 levels and features leather furniture, a massive 50' TV and gaming system, TV, Wi-Fi internet, streaming services, stereo with Bluetooth and outdoor speakers to enjoy your music while sitting on the deck looking out over the lake.
The property is a fully fenced 1/3 acre and provides a safe place for the kids and pets to run around and have fun. If you feel like jumping in the lake, a short 30 sec walk will land you at the beach. You'll find sand, picnic tables and a protected swimming area for adults and young children. At nights pull up a chair and enjoy the fire pit while roasting some marshmallows in the front yard. Summer fun at it's finest!
