For rent is our lovely newly acquired double glazed fully central heated 6 berth caravan on seaview Holiday park in the heart of ingoldmells and fantasy island. At the entrance of the park there is lots of amenities which include cafes,Takeaways,Showbars and arcades etc..
We are situated behind the oasis bar.
Within walking distance of the beach.
The caravan has 1 double bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a fold out double bed in the lounge.
Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
The caravan includes
Kettle,toaster,pots,pans and crockery and cutlery, grill.
microwave, integrated fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher, full gas cooker.
Smart TV in lounge and TV with free view and integrated dvd player in the double bedroom, onsite WiFi which you can purchase whilst on holiday if you wish.
Some toys and games and buckets and spades provided.
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hoover.
Dining table and four chairs.
Gated veranda with outside seating.
We are pet friendly small dogs only please.
Due to holiday park rules no hen or stag groups aloud, and no bbq's or candles burning.
Families and couples welcome.
The caravan must not exceed more than 6 guest's small children and babies count as a guest.
All we ask is since little fingers touch our floor leave your shoes at the door shoe rack provided in the entrance to the caravan and no smoking or vaping inside the caravan, or around the caravan door, please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition and Remove all Rubbish, bins are available on the holiday park site thank you. No outdoor foot-ware on carpets . Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the caravan at any time. No rubbish or dog waste bags to be left in caravan or on the veranda there is bins on caravan site to dispose of rubbish. All we ask is please respect the caravan and keep it clean and tidy thank you.
