“Stasiak Manor” Beautiful 6 Bedroom/3 bath Home with private pool! | House in Hot springs, AR

Come and enjoy everything Hot Springs has to offer while staying in a house big enough to bring all your favorite people with you. It’s sleeps 16 in beds. We also have a folding baby bed in one of the upstairs closets.
Bedroom description: There are three bedrooms on the main level and two bathrooms one of which is in the master (master has a king bed, the room directly across the hall has a queen bed, then the other room has two smaller twin beds and also a small twin murphy pullout bed)
Then there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, The first room you come to is a twin over queen it’sto the right of the bathroom
We have two tables one seats 6 and the other seats 4 we also have 6 stools at the bar areas, & an extra folding table with 4 chairs stored in the master bedroom closet if extra seating is needed, There is plenty of seating on the back patio if you want to spread out while watching the kids play in the pool, playhouse or on the swing set or tire swing.
Feel free to bring your boat if you have one! There is plenty of places to park in our circle driveway, Boat launch area is only 2.3 miles from us at 688 Majestic Lodge Road it has a small beach/swim area, boat launch, fishing dock and there are also hiking trails and picnic area with grills to make it easy to spend the whole afternoon just relaxing.
(We do not have cable or local channels)
We have Hi-speed internet, 75-inch smart tv above the fireplace. "Samsung t.v. with Limited Programming" just hit the guide to access it, again we “do not” have regular cable or satellite TV but do have Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO, Paramount+, Prime & peacock, also a Blu-ray player with a collection of movies as well. The only TV is the main one in the living room, when we are in town our goal is to have quality family time so when we do watch tv/movies it's normally all together.
*ALSO NOTE: The garage and small room next to it are used for our personal use/storage. If we are in town while the main house is rented, we stay in the apartment above the garage. (It's not any of the areas described in the property description)
We aren't at the property much, we have lots of friends and family to see while we are in town. We are in and out of town randomly and sometimes we don’t know until day of, because of this we do not notify our guest of our arrival.
That being said while you’re here it is all yours, we will not be bothering you on your vacation, but when we’re here we will try our best to be available for anything you may need, or if you would like to meet us, we can stop by and introduce ourselves.

We have bikes, and scooter that we leave on the front porch for the kids to play with.
We are very close to our neighbors and hope you will be respectful of them while you’re here.
*If you are going to get in the pool you will be doing so “at your own risk” since there is "obviously" no lifeguard on duty, because of this you will be responsible for the safety of not only yourself or any other adults with you but also any children in your party.
Pool rules:
1) No children unattended in the pool,
there must be a “responsible” adult present at all times.
2) If you are sick, please do not enter the pool "for obvious reasons"
3) If your child is not potty trained, they must wear swim diapers at all times. That means no peeing in the pool!!
4) No sharp objects in or around pool area that includes jeans or clothing with buttons, zippers, or designs that might snag or puncture the pool liner.
5)No throwing rocks or sticks or anything else in the pool!
6) Do not place chairs or any other furniture that might damage the bottom of the pool liner.
7) No climbing or jumping into or off the sides of the pool, the structure is not equipped to handle that kind of weight.
8) No food in the pool.
9) Rince off first no oils or lotions in the pool (oil and water don't mix)
*Warring!! The pool can be closed at any time during your stay if any of these rules are not followed or if your group is causing problems for our neighbors.
(So just to be clear pool privileges can be revoked at any time)
* Everything in the house, pool and playground area is inspected thoroughly “with our inventory list” by our cleaning staff after each guest checks out if anything is missing or damaged you will be responsible.
*The floors are very fragile so we dry off completely before stepping inside if you don’t remember to do this the floors will get damaged.
Caddo river and canoe rental 870-356-5336 they also have tubes and kayaks, there are also public access options if you have your own equipment and want to use their shuttle. It’s about 34 minutes away at 26 AR-8, Glenwood Arkansas.
Must do while you’re visiting Hot Springs (just my personal opinion)
1) Eat at fisherman’s wharf sit on the back deck over the water.
2) For kids, or adventurous adults, check out magic Springs water and theme park.
(Open summers only)
3) The Ohio club, 21 and older though I'm not sure why. It's one of the oldest restaurants in hot springs it does have limited seating, but it is worth checking out the burgers are fantastic.
4) Friday night seafood buffet at the Arlington hotel where it takes you back in time. Very vintage feel!! You might want to call first and check times and prices.
5) Take a walk through the promenade across from the Arlington the trails lead you up to the mountain tower where you can pay to go up in the elevator and see for miles, you can also drive instead.
6) Rolando's on bath house row. The food is Ecuadorian, so it is different, but it is definitely worth giving it a try. The locals know that there's an outside eating area in the back carved into the side of the mountain. I highly recommend this just for the unique feel. It is kind of a maze to get up there so if someone has walking difficulty you might want to send someone up in your party to check it out and see if it will be suitable first.
7) Fat jacks! They have Cajun gumbo its fantastic their burgers and onion rings are also great. Downstairs is the restaurant they also have an outside eating area that's unique but if you're looking for more action, upstairs they have a bar with live music.
8) Garvin Woodland Gardens this is a 210-acre botanical garden. With beautiful, landscaped gardens and at night through the winter months it is lit up beautiful.
9) Room escape, this is amazing, your group of friends and you have to figure out the clues to escape before the time runs out!!
10) Mid America science museum is a great way to spend the afternoon with kids lots of fun activities.
11) Or if being outside is more your speed there is pirates cove mini golf across from the Hot Springs mall. (THE MALL IS NOT WORTH CHECKING OUT)
