Summary: The room were humid and not comfortable. The air conditioner were leaking water. The carpet were soaking wet. The towels,sheets and pillow cases were dirty. I ask for full service for room to be cleaned. The bathroom door was not working properly, kept getting stuck. The water from shower were leaking all over restroom floor. The toilet were stopped up. There were mold under the restoom cabinet and pretty sure it were under and through the carpet due to air condition leaking on carpet. Overall they need a lot of work done. Icebox were not cool enough.
