This house has it all—easy lake access, panoramic views, in-ground swimming pool with an adjoining hot tub. The dock is steps away from the house and complete with a kayak, stand-up paddle board, and fishing rods for your use. **The spa is available year round and is heated. The pool is not heated and is closed from October-March every year and open from April-September.** Enjoy your time on the water & if you’d like to dock your boat or rent our pontoon boat, we’re happy to accommodate (please let us know in advance)!
The interior is decked out with amazing wood and stone finishes in every room. Work from the luxurious office equipped with high-speed internet. Cook with your choice of gas appliances, a Big Green Egg, and the propane grill from the sprawling deck. Upstairs, the master retreat room features a massive closet and huge walk-in shower with an overhead rain shower head, a steam generator, 3 body jets, and a handheld nozzle.
Downstairs, the terrace level has everything you need for entertaining including a workout room, a game room with foosball and air hockey tables, a bunk room with two solid wood bunk beds, and a bar with 3 TVs. Enjoy the outdoor patio off the terrace with a relaxing sitting area featuring lake views.
Four bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas -- (#1 King, #2 King and 2 Full Bunkbeds, #3 European King, #4 Queen) plus bunkbeds and extra full beds.

**Drivers, please acknowledge before arrival - there is a very, very steep sloping driveway and a 4-car maximum at the bottom by the house. One additional car can park in the pulloff pad halfway down the driveway**. Dawson County quiet hours are 10pm-8am, and are strictly enforced. Neighbors WILL call the police out, and you will be asked to leave the property. The swimming pool has been pre-programmed to run from 10am-9pm.
