Villa Encanto is truly a magical place located on the north end of Sayulita in the gated community of Colina La Iguana. The Villa features spectacular views, privacy and easy access to town via walking or golf cart. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home can accommodate 8-10 guests. Comfortable outdoor spaces including the pool area and a roof top deck allow guests plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy. A full concierge service is offered with this Villa to assist with airport transportation, chef services, golf cart rentals and local activities. Additional amenities include a modern kitchen, heated pool, filtered water, private patios for each bedroom and private, covered parking for 2 vehicles. All bedrooms are in suite. Summary: This property has 4 levels, and guarantees beautiful views and living spaces from each of them. Property managers were very very responsive and helpful. Definately recommend renting a golf cart vs a car for Sayulita!
