4 Bedroom House with Internet, Air Conditioner and Pool
Cape style house close to downtown Hyannis with large heated pool and pool deck, lounge chairs, basketball court, playground, patio, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower. All summer is booked but warm September is still open with added heated pool. We will be running our pool till mid September depending on the weather. So hurry up and book . One of a kind property! June - August Saturday to Saturday check in/check out. For 1month + from October to May reach out for a discounted monthly rate. Fully fenced-in large backyard on a dead end street, very private. Plenty of parking on driveway for 4-6 cars. 4 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms plus outside shower, large living room, newly renovated kitchen. Walk to everything location! Walk to Main Street attractions and restaurants , walk to Hyannis Harbor with ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, close to several Cape Cod beaches, Cape Cod Mall, shopping centers, Cape Cod hospital etc.
Mew kitchen upgraded in 2025. Large over sink window which looks out onto the full 20x40 in ground heated pool. The property has a large living room with plenty of seating, sitting room has a 42 inch smart TV use Netflix or anything you’d like. If you prefer old fashioned way there’s a DVD library with over 200 movies.
Window air conditioners are installed in every room from May through September to keep you and your family cool. Heating is included for colder seasons. Room darkening curtains in every bedroom.
The pool is regularly maintained and cleaned. Outside shower by the pool added in 2025.
The property has lawned gardens to the front and rear which are of the highest quality and mowed weekly. The rear garden is fully enclosed for total privacy while sunbathing and swimming and the deck has a new patio set with parasol. The gardens are also fitted with an irrigation system. There is plenty of parking for guests who wish to bring their boat as our house is situated on a corner site at the end of a small private street. The garbage is collected weekly.
It is truly one of the best located homes on the cape island within walking distance to all the attractions that the cape has to offer. We recently installed a 32 x 32 full size basketball court and a large play ground for your family to enjoy. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are of the highest standards!!
