3 Bedroom House with Bedding, Kitchen and Laundry

Hilltop Lodge is the perfect moutain getaway for large families or couples looking to relax or explore the North Georgia Mountains! Located just minutes to Lake Notteley (ideal for boating and fishing) and just 20 minutes to downtown Blairsville and 30 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge, you will never run out of things to do! Each of the oversized bedrooms w/ bathrooms are on their own floor so you'll have plenty of room and deck space to spread out, relax, and take in the fresh mountain air.
The main level of the Lodge features an open concept kitchen with plenty of bar seating, a tastefully decorated living room with gas fireplace, and a large custom farm table. There is also a sunroom with a work space and incredible views perfect for reading a book or working remotely. On the main level you will find a spacious bedroom w/ King Bed and double vanity bathroom. Upstairs you will find another over-sized bedroom w/ King Bed and bathroom, plus a relaxing loft area to hang out or read.
You'll love the Terrace Level living area with a large, cozy sectional couch, TV, pool table, dart board, foosball table, and kitchenette complete with a fridge to store your cold beverages. The third bedroom is located on this level and has a King bed and bunk beds for the kids, and a deck off the room with a large hot tub. Walk outside of the terrace level and you will find a huge patio area with seating or walk down the stone walkway to the enormous outdoor stone fireplace.
The spacious setup of Hilltop Lodge is truly incredible for large families or couples looking for a moutain/lake getaway. With tons of deck space to spread out, you can take in the beautiful scenery all around, including the deer often seen walking on the property. And with an ideal location in between multiple downtown areas, Hilltop Lodge is the perfect base for exploring the region!
**The rental includes the Main House only and not the Guest Cottage w/ shared walkway. Prior approval for Guest Cottage usage. The Guest Cottage does not rent seperately so you will be the only guests on the property.
