This is a spacious house in a quiet safe neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. It is only a few miles to the ocean and beaches in Encinitas and Carlsbad. This is a 2800 square foot home with upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large bonus room. The downstairs includes the kitchen, family, dining and living rooms, office and another full bathroom. Off the kitchen and dining areas are the patios, pool and spa. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet and a 4K TV and 4K DVD player. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. There is central air conditioning. The TV in the family room and the bonus rooms have access to all local channels, and streaming of many TV apps. Play station 3 with an assortment of games and DVDs is included. This house has all appliances, cookware, dishes, paper products etc. for your convenience, including an outside grill. A separate room has a washer and dryer along with an assortment of cleaning products. The spa can be heated year round. The swimming pool is not heated but is plenty warm in the summer and fall months for swimming.
Please note, there is a one month booking minimum length rental time to meet city of Carlsbad regulations. These regulations state that one month is 31 days and that is the least you can rent even though the month could be 29 days. The specific day in the month that you want to start renting is not critical but 31 days total are necessary.
Your time of arrival and departure is what ever is best for you. Owner will meet you upon arrival and give you access and all detailed information.
NO Smoking and NO Pets anywhere inside or outside on the property. NO exceptions
When booking your rental time, please allow 3 days between the time the previous renter checks out and you begin your rental period. It is very difficult for me to prepare the house for new renters in less time.
