Our retro-modern home is located in the heart of the charming Creamery District of Arcata. Just a block away to a fantastic coffee house, pub, entertainment and shopping! The home comes with a fully stocked kitchen, w/d and also features a large yard with fire pit and fun lawn games for the whole fam to enjoy! Our central location puts you mins from Cal Poly and the Plaza and is a great jumping off point to all the breathtaking beaches and redwood adventures that Humboldt County has to offer. Two bedrooms plus a sleeping sofa for 1 off the living room. We have a fully fenced yard that is perfect for your pup and on-street parking in front of the home.
