Positive: The house was very spacious and nice, the rooms and beds were enough, everything was clean except the water dispenser in the refrigerator, there was space inside for everyone, the water park was close to the house, they pick you up to go to the park, had delivery if you need to buy something and we received a credit of (135) for everything bad that happened to us.
Negative: First the address listed on Booking is incorrect, second we arrived on Friday and there was no internet and everything had to be done manually since the system wasn't working, on Friday night an alarm was going off in the early morning in the house that took almost 4 hours, and they only had one maintenance person who was fixing the same situation in another house, the air conditioning was leaking and the water was coming down from the second floor to the first, they didn't tell us that the pool pump was off and we didn't use it on Friday, if you use the washing machines it sounds like they're going to run away on their own, there isn't enough parking for the whole family. The pools had broken parts and where the water was coming out was disgusting we had to clean it to use it.
