Gorgeous Pacific beaches, lake swimming, shopping and great dining all within 10 minutes. The house is large and tastefully decorated with a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen, private en suite with soaker bathtub, separate dining area, multiple comfortable living areas, grand piano, family room with home theatre, and so much more!
Enjoy a day at one of the many close by Pacific beaches, swimming at a warm lake, or hiking one of the beautiful trails, all within minutes of home. Prefer shopping or fine dining? You'll find all of that too! Explore Downtown Victoria or wander the world famous Butchart Gardens, both within a 15 minute drive. We are within a 2 minute walk to all amenities, including a recreation centre with an Olympic sized swimming pool.
The house is large and tastefully decorated with a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen. There's a custom island, gas stove, and windows, making the room bright, inviting, and enjoyable to cook in. We have a drip coffee maker, single pod maker, and a French press. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck where you will often see wild bunnies in the yard. The top level includes the master bedroom with a private en suite and soaker bathtub, two more bedrooms, and full bathroom. On the main level you'll find a separate dining area, multiple comfortable living areas, grand piano, full bathroom with shower, and access to the deck and backyard. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, recreation room including ping pong, foosball, air hockey/pool table, dartboard, and 65 inch TV with surround sound and video games. There's also another full bathroom. After a day of exploring, relax in the beautiful, garden like backyard for some food or a game of bocce ball while the little ones play on the trampoline.
