A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Kissimmee, Florida just minutes from US 192.
Upon entering this home you'll find an large hallway with desk and chair for you to sit at. Further inside, there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area which offer access to the lanai and pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has been updated with stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator and stove in case you would rather cook your meals at home. There is a breakfast table area that seats 6 and also some chairs arranged at the kitchen breakfast bar. The living area has a large TV with plenty of seats available.
This home has four bedrooms, two of which are masters. The first master bedroom offers a king size bed with ensuite facilities including a shower and tub. The second master has a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom also. There are a further two twin rooms which share a third bathroom between them.
This home also has a games room with pool table and foosball on offer for those who are looking for something else to do in the evening. Outstide, the lanai has outdoor furniture including loungers, a lovely pool and a fully fenced back yard offering privacy from neighbors.

Summary: The location was excellent for this group of 3 couples in their 70's and 80's. Close to all the attractions we wanted to see and very close for those who want to go to Disney. The private pool was excellent! Very clean. As for the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, we were very disappointed. Broken shower head that was duct taped, shower curtains that had mold at the bottom, AC vents that were caked with dust as well as the ceiling fan in the first bedroom. Most of the baseboards were dirty and all bathrooms needed attention due to grout and caulking already black. As adults we managed but this property needs a deep cleaning and lawn and yard maintenance. A dirty rag was outside the screened in area as well as an empty bag of chips. Pool furniture very old and not well maintained. The price was very reasonable but this property needs lots of TLC. Sorry
