There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and there is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping (not a sleeper sofa).
This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a large heated pool only a few steps from your patio. This ground floor, pool front unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.
