This stunning turnkey residence has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in Naples with a large group of friends or family!
There are 2 TVs, in total: In the Master Bedroom And In the Living Room As well.
Our beach is just 6 minutes away, where you can enjoy your day in the soft white powder sands, walk the beach, and enjoy some of the most memorizing and romantic sunsets.
Should you feel a little hungry, which is normal after a relaxing day at the beach, you can fine dine in several fine dining restaurants located just 10 minutes away.

NOTES:
Please note that no parties, large gatherings, and external visitors are allowed without our prior approval.
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard occupancy is 8 guests, can accommodate up to 11 guests. After the 8th guest, there is a fee of $75 per person, per night.
** Mandatory pool heating, if your reservation takes place between the months of October - April.
** Refundable damage deposit - $1000
** 5th bedroom has a full bed (no door)
** We consider pets on a case-by-case basis. An additional pet fee would apply per pet, and vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival. Message us first with your pet details for approval.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
