This light, bright and cheerful lake house is the perfect gathering place. Eight minute walk or two minute drive to the nearest neighborhood boat launch. Lake LBJ is constant level, so no concerns about the water ever being low--the boat launches are always open! The house has two carports, a large circle drive and ample extra parking for guests and their lake toys.
The house was recently remodeled and is tastefully designed and decorated with a tranquil theme. A California King primary bedroom is located downstairs with private bath and large closet. The living room, half bath, workspace, stocked kitchen and dedicated dining room with seating for 10 are also downstairs. Three bedrooms upstairs: one private queen bedroom and two twin rooms with three beds in each. The game room and access to front balcony are also upstairs. Peek-a-boo lake views from the upper porch is the perfect place to watch the sunrise.
After an exciting day on beautiful lake LBJ, the backyard is perfect for unwinding or wild ruckus! The large lawn area, complete with a giant chess board and various yard games, will keep everyone entertained. Additionally, a substantial 13' x 50' covered patio with fans houses the outdoor ping pong table, BBQ, a large dining table, a porch swing and lounge area, PLUS a sizable fire pit with chairs for relaxing wind-downs rounds out the space. The neighborhood has wonderful covered multi sport courts for your use--tennis, soccer, basketball, pickle ball, volleyball. Come, enjoy our peaceful place by the lake!
