A freshly renovated apartment with a beautiful rounded porch, a few feet away from Franklin Street.
With 4 fresh and comfortable bedrooms, the house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. 2 beautiful bathrooms and a common area with a couch, table and chairs, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and water boiler. There is also a crib for the youngest members of the family.
The space
A lovely house to welcome a big family or a group of friends. The bright-colored exterior combined with the roof tiles create an easy going feeling at first sight.
On the top floor, there is a red leather sofa next to a small dining table, a mini fridge and a microwave. The house can easily accommodate 14 people in its 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have 2 double beds each, while the 2 others have 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Both bathrooms have showers for a relaxing time after a long day.
Enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the rocking chairs at the front yard or at the benches under the trees. And forget worrying about parking, as you have the whole back yard to yourself.

Summary: This place is very clean. It is perfectly located to many restaurants and activities. My son and I visited Chapel Hill for a house hunting trip, and we could not have chosen a better location. Safe parking too.
