The house is 3bed/1.5 bath with a large outdoor deck to enjoy the sunshine! Dogs are welcome and GOLF CART INCLUDED! High speed Starlink internet added in June 2025. Crab Cakes offers a comfortable sleeping arrangement for up to six guests. Two rooms are located on the main floor, and one is located in a private loft area on the second floor. The main floor boasts a welcoming master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. For the kids or extra guests, the second bedroom features a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle, providing cozy accommodations for a good night's rest. The private loft area on the second floor offers a queen bed and a deck with a partial water view.

Crab Cakes features 1.5 bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. After a day of fun at the beach, take advantage of the enclosed outdoor shower – a guest favorite! The half-bath is located on the ground level next to the laundry room, convenient when you return from the beach!

The laundry room is located on the ground floor, separate from the main level of the house. It is equipped with a full washer/dryer and is air-conditioned.
