Bedrooms feature king-size beds in the two bottom bedrooms with 2 full baths, 4 full-size bunk beds in the large kids room on the top floor with its own bathroom. Complex has pools, 2 spa/jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, ping pong and pool table. The complex has a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Dining table seats 12 people. Unit also provides 4 boogie boards, 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrella, and many other beach stuff. There is two assigned parking space in the secured garage parking. Cedro district, Del Mar Race Track, Fletcher Cove and Dog Beach are all walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurant around the area that are all walking distance
