Positive: Lots of eateries around. You don’t have to worry about getting food. Plus, there is a shopping mall just below the condo.
Negative: Security guard here is so strict. So don’t even think about going down without bring access card cause they won’t allow you to go in and out. If the host can provide two access card will be easier for the guest.
