Enjoy swimming in a large oceanfront pool or walking an un-crowded beach just 1 mile South to the mouth of Murrells Inlet or 2 miles North to the Garden City Pier. The master bedroom has a king size bed, half bath, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and an ocean view. Second bedroom has two full size beds and a ceiling fan. There is a full bath between the two bedrooms. The kitchen/dinning room is fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The living room has ample, comfortable seating as well as a flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi, and central air/heat. The grounds include an oceanfront pool, charcoal grill, and a coin operated community laundry facility. Building security includes a gate code to enter both the building and parking lot. This charming ocean front getaway, only contains 24 condos and is the southern most condo complex in Garden City. Please note, this building is not handicap accessible and does not have an elevator.
