Somerton Farm is a truly welcoming, light and spacious detached Equestrian and dog friendly family home from home, situated next to the owner’s working arable and livestock farm, near Cowes, on the Isle of Wight. This impressive farmhouse sleeps eight guests and welcomes up to three dogs. Upstairs you will find four spacious bedrooms all with stunning countryside views. There is one super king-size double, one king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin and another twin with Freeview tv, plus a family bathroom. In all Somerton Farm offers flexible sleeping arrangements which should be able to suite most families. Downstairs the views are just as impressive, with a sunny kitchen which has been thoughtfully equipped and includes a spacious larder and breakfast area seating for four guests. The dining room is as just as bright and airy, perfect for that all important family bonding times. Somerton Farm also offers two living rooms, the main sitting room with Smart TV and a fabulous cosy snug with table football, TV and a DVD player, and comfortable seating, plus a cloakroom close to the front door. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden with picnic benches. Walk through the little gate into the wild garden where the the children can explore and let their imaginations run free. To the right of the entrance there's a gravelled patio area with furniture and superb views over fields and River Medina. Also at the front of the property is a stable to store bikes and outdoor equipment securely at your own risk.
