With luxurious décor, premium linens, and direct ski-in access from Four O'Clock Run, you're just a block from Main Street and a 5-minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola. The MyFreeRide bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away, providing quick access to Peaks 7 & 8. Free parking for one car, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV are included.
Please be aware that the HOA will be updating the common area interiors of the building. This essential project will improve the aesthetics of the building, but may indicate clutter, dust and odors in the interior common areas at times during the project. Workers will be working Mondays through Saturdays between 8:00AM and 6:00PM. The contractors will be tidying up daily and common areas will be safe during and after each workday. The work is intended to be minimally disruptive throughout the process.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
