Summary: We had all 3 adult children with their families totaling 15 people. This property was ideal !. The second kitchen upstairs and the second living room upstairs was ideal for my daughter, son-in-law and their 5 toddlers. The bunk room upstairs also proved ideal for them. The shared beach so close was perfect for all 9 kids. It was shallow enough for the toddlers and also fine for the 7 ,10, 12 and 14 year old kids too. The kayak was a big hit with many of us. The house itself was perfect. It was spotless and looked freshly renovated. I've stayed in 4 other properties in the past 7 years in TN, GA, and NC ,and the Laconia ,NH house was by far the very best. I know we will be coming back to it !
