Summary: To begin with this would be a 5-star property (but is not in the current condition) if the owner/management company want it to be. The home is a nice 3-bedroom home with a loft that has a bath and can act as a fourth. The views are beautiful and there is good access to Madison 8 lift. Unfortunately, there are problems. ALL drawers, cabinets, closets in master are filled with owner belongings thus our clothing, etc stays in suitcase or on floor. Second bedroom with large crib, suitcase holder, table, chair which take almost all the floor space. Impossible to move around and can't remove them. Closet filled with diapers, diaper genie, etc. Third similar. Great room had all baby toys, baby walker etc piled in a corner which flowed into living area...Baby gate at top of stairs to lower level where bedrooms are acts as a trip hazard and had to be taken down. Finally, as our clothes were on the floor, it was clear that the home had not been vacuumed is some time. Hair tumbleweeds in corners of bathroom, toothpaste in sinks, etc. We truly felt like the owners left in a hurry that morning and were surprised that someone was coming in for a rental stay.Again, should be a great property but decision needs to be made as to whether they really want to do so.
