What We Love
Welcome to the home away from home of your dreams! This peaceful and well-equipped three-story home is conveniently located directly across the street from Belleview Park, an incredible park where everyone in the family can enjoy train rides, a petting zoo, and even a water park. This fantastic location allows you to be within a short distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants. Downtown Littleton is two miles away while Highlands and River North Art District (RiNo) are seven and a half miles and 14 miles away, respectively. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the quick and easy access to nearby mountains and multiple ski resorts.
This splendid home is the definition of elegance with high-end décor and touches throughout that truly make it stand out. As soon as you enter, you will discover a well-lit open floor plan with high ceilings and exquisite elegant touches here and there. The chef's kitchen has been appointed with high-end appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a built-in dual oven, a six-burner stovetop with a griddle, a dishwasher, and an air fryer. The sparkling island allows for extra dining seating in addition to the nearby dining table. The cozy living area offers a welcoming sofa in front of a smart TV with streaming services. The lower level hides a second living area with another smart TV, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, and a cute children's playing corner. Here you will also find an exclusive in-home gym with a bench, several dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a large smart TV. The third level enjoys a lofted area with a smart TV and an attached office with a glass wall overlooking the main living room, and a working desk with two monitors and a printer. When it comes to outdoor living, the home enjoys a private back patio with a nice lounge area offering a firepit and several seats, a basketball hoop, and an on-site playground that will thrill the kiddos!
Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms sharing one bathroom on the lower and upper levels and a primary suite on the main level. The primary suite is simply out of this world. It boasts a huge smart TV, a double-sided gas fireplace built into a beautifully tiled wall, and an exquisite en suite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Additional on-site perks include a Tesla charger available upon request and a washer/dryer.

Security camera details: There are four active cameras. Cameras look at the street, front of the house, back of the house, and carport.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
