Positive: The view and location very beautiful, easy walking distance to restaurants.
Negative: Not suitable for elderly people, lots of stairs and steps around ground level bathroom. Cooking equipment lacking. I had to buy a decent fry pan to cook with and no choice but to cook on barbie que. No decent knives. Front curtains very mouldy. second front curtain railing falling out of the wall.
