Seven Springs Barn is a privately-owned luxury property located near the historic village of Dorset, Vermont. Constructed in 2018, the Barn is situated on 70 acres of woodland with two fresh water ponds and stunning views of the Green Mountains.
Dorset and the surrounding area are rich in both cultural and recreational activities. There is much to explore including local theater, art galleries & museums, antiques, outlet shopping, fine dining and a vast array of outdoor activities.
Our 2018 Barn has a contemporary, multi-level floor plan that is spacious yet inviting. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances, birch cabinets and beautiful stone countertops. The central focus of the main floor is the "great room”, accented by sealed pine floor boards, authentic post and beams, and gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light. A cozy seating area (with a pull out queen bed), modernized bathroom and dining area round out the lower level. A terrace deck is a prime location for lazy afternoons or entertaining guests. The space saving spiral staircase leads to a loft-style master bedroom with king-sized bed and comfy seating area to relax and enjoy the spectacular views.
