4 Bedroom House with Bedding, Fireplace and Guest Services
This is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with family and friends! Enter through a private drive way, with no neighbours and 69 acres overlooking a beautiful lake all to yourself.
Walk & hike around the property and you will find beautiful nature, a natural swimming hole, and stream.
We are 6 minutes from downtown Roscoe and 10 minutes to Livingston Manor - both towns filled with character, shops, and dining. Located 2+ hours from NYC.
The space
The living room has a large stone wood-burning fireplace and a wall of sliding glass doors to walk directly out to the furnished large deck overlooking the private lake.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table with seating for 10.
Outside there is an extra large deck, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, outdoor sink, a stone Argentine-style wood/coal grill and a Webber Kettle BBQ grill.
We have 4 kayaks to enjoy on our lake, lots of board games and books as well DVD's for all the family, and a cd/radio player with bluetooth.
We have a vegetable garden that you may enjoy when in season.
Children of all ages are welcome, however, the house is not set up with child safety features. Please see our house rules for further information.
We are a 3-4 minute drive to The Roscoe Mountain Club where you can play golf, tennis and other activities.
We have wifi throughout the house, but because we are so remote, we do not have access to cable or fibre optics. We have Hughes Net satellite internet.
Although we really love pets, unfortunately no pets are allowed unless you can confirm that they will not get on the furniture, beds or couches. Please see our house rules for further information.
