Summary:
The house is in the most wealthy neighborhood British. It features with spectacular ocean view, private pool , and big backyard with BBQ . It only takes 5 mins drive to the beach and 10-20 mins to downtown Vancouver , Stanley Park , Cypress and Grouse Mountain ski resort.
We have two ocean view suite and two garden suites in our house. The common area are planned around the pool . You can enjoy the ocean view and sunshine from most part of the common area.
The Space:
Our house is on the hillside , you will see a magnificent view of English Bay, Vancouver downtown and Stanley park from common space and pool area. We also have park like backyard, nice to enjoy the flowers, trees and the little path .
We have 2 ocean view suite for the guests by this listing. We also have two garden view suites in the guest house . If you like to take entire house, please contact me.
Guest Access:
The guests can access to main door , the lobby, common areas on main level, and upper floor of the house . They can access to pool area and back yard with BBQ. They can use garage for parking space and laundry.
The east wing rooms and basement was kept for host. They have separate side entrance , and keep the main entrance for the guests.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is In British Property, which is one the most wealthy neighborhood in Canada . You can get around to see lot of amazing luxurious houses nearby. There are also private clubs as Hollyburn County Club and Capilano Golf Club nearby. We have Cypress Mountain and Grouse Mountain ski resort at the back . It’s very convenient for skiing in winter and exploring the trails in summer.
Getting Around:
1: Drive for 15 mins, you can go downtown , Coal harbor and Stanley Park for sightseeing, restaurants and entertainment. Drive for 10mins , you can get to Horseshoe Bay, take ferry to go Victoria and exploring Vancouver Island and many small islands around .
Drive for 80mins, you can get to Whistler, the world class ski resort. It also provides lot of out door sports and activities in spiring and summer time . The most popular activities in summer are mountain biking , zipping, tree top adventure, hiking , river rafting.
2: Drive for 5 mins or take bus 254 nearby the house , you can get to local beach parks and Park Royal Shopping Mall . The beach park is very nice for walk and relaxing. The are also nice beach front restaurants and ice cream shops by the beach . You can also join the water sport programs in surfing school by the water.
Park Royal mall is one of the best shopping mall in Vancouver area. Great for shopping , eating and entertainment.
3: Parks in Northshore:
The north shore parks have featured by mountain , forest and beach. You can drive for only 15-20 to reach the most popular parks as Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain resort, Ambleside and John lawson Beach Park , Light House Park , white Cliff Park, Cypress Mountain resort.
4. Walking or biking around the neighborhood:
Waking or biking along Chippendale Road, you will see great ocean view and lot of small paths connecting to forest on the roadside . Walk or biking toward east , you can come to Mulgrave Mountain Path Park, and Trestle Bridge Mountain Path. It’s great for walkers and bikers to enjoy the mountain path with magnificent ocean view .
Lot of people like to see the luxurious houses in British Property . Walk alone the Chippendale Road , especially nearby Finch Hill Rd , you can see many of amazing houses with luxurious setting and featured architectural styles.
Other Things to Note:
We provide life jackets,BBQ sets, yoga mats, fitness equipment, some games and toys for the guests to use.
We have 2 bikes for guests to use . It’s free to use , but the guests must be responsible for their own safety , responsible for lost and damages of bikes.
