The beautiful, recently updated kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a large island enhances the cottage's rugged construction and flows effortlessly into the spacious great room with a 16-foot ceiling. This rustic cottage sits on ½ a ½-acre lot with a spacious covered front porch with a swing. There is also a fenced backyard with a screened porch & open patio that allows you to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. A wide carport and plenty of room for additional vehicles in the ½ circle driveway. Extra parking for a boat and personal watercraft.
Enjoy the open floor plan of the main level. The perfect space to gather for fun and games while the chef in the family prepares meals in the kitchen.
There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and additional seating for 4 at the table. Easy access through the kitchen to the backyard screened porch and propane gas grill for the grill master in the family.
