It`s an ideal spot for indoor relaxation or outdoor recreation - the perfect combination of farmhouse style and modern comfort.
Basswood Pond State Forest is an easy walk from the home, or take a quick drive to nearby Cooperstown (20 mins) or Oneonta (30 mins), where visitors enjoy to museums

The sizable kitchen is set with all of the amenities to accommodate any home chef - coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, place settings, spices and all of the fun trinkets (citrus press, garlic press, etc).
Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms ensure adequate space for medium groups or families (or just a little extra space for a couple).
