Positive: Good value for a house with two rooms and two bathrooms. Easy to walk to the bus stop if you don't want to rent a car...we took the buses everywhere. But definitely more convenient if you do rent a car. Rey was super helpful. Good value. If you want a lot of space at a good price, this is your place. It was clean and nice and well furnished. They even had some extra things you could take to the beach like chairs, snorkel equipment, floaties, etc. Super helpful! And having a washing machine was really helpful too for longer stays. Great budget stay!
Negative: The house was clean but still had cockroaches inside so I think that means it's not sealed well. I believe they're still working on the house and it's a bit under construction. The kitchen has glass windows that go along the whole side and another renter can access that part of the yard and walk along the house if they wanted to...or really anyone could come in the gate. It made me a little nervous when my friend had to leave a couple of nights early and I was there on my own. But the area in general seemed really safe so it wasn't too bad. Just a lot of windows with no window coverings.
